Is Hemp Legal?

The state of Tennessee Public Chapter No. 916, section 4, "Industrial hemp" means the plants and plant parts of the genera cannabis that do not contain a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) concentration more than three tenths of one percent (0.3%) on a dry mass basis, grown from seed certified by a certifying agency, as defined by § 43-10-1 03. Does CBD Show Up On A Drug Screening?

The human body naturally produces THC. Drug screenings test for that natural level of THC found in the body. When you take CBD products that contain THC your normal THC levels can become elevated and cause you to fail a drug test. How Old Do I Need To Be To Make A Purchase?

 You must be at least 18 years old. 

Is there some type of medical card or prescription needed to purchase products from Mother Hemp?

Our products can be stores at room temperature away from direct sunlight.

How much CBD should I take?

If you’re new to CBD you should start out with a lower dosage to get your body acclimated to the product. If you’re an experienced user you can take a larger dosage based on you current health condition, body type and weight.
